Does the head have a threaded mount? Probably 1-1/2" - 18.

OK I found the missing box. There is what appears to be a seam running around the top of the head. According to product descriptions found online, yes it is 1 1/2" X 18 thread.

I put it in the mill and tried to turn it loose by hand with the brake on the mill, but I think it will take more serious action than bare hands to break it loose. Perhaps a rubber strap wrench.
