I check with the Local authorities and the ATF and they both agreed that a Gatlin gun is in reality 10 single shot rifles. Each has it's own bolt and firing mechanism and is not reliant on the firing of the cartridge to operate the action so it is not a machine gun.The barrel length is legal because it is a scale model.
