Okay, it isn't all that impressive, but it was fun to make and has proven useful so far. It's not what one would call precision, but it's far better than the protractor and magnetic angle finder I was using before!
Finished. It's made of aluminum and 1/2" round CRS, so it's not perfect.

Here are a couple things I had to make to put my O/A torch on my CNC cutting table.

Cut lever activation arm. I was really impressed with how solidly it snapped into the "triggered" position!

Haven't cut much with the cnc table lately, but the cutting I've done, all of the pieces worked great for. I wish I could get the travel speed down right. I guess more experimentation is in order. Or I need to get a bigger plasma cutter...
