The Home Machinist!

There has been many useful tips and procedures since my post. It is over, thus far. He managed to dig out the "off drilled" threads and secure it by another bolt. The flywheel never did move after all the attempts. He cleaned and set new points and ran some new wire and the engine gets spark.
It is over except for the fine recommendations.
