What is the smallest spark plug available?

Post by J_Tiers »

I know I have seen them down to about 1/4" diameter threads, but I think there might be some smaller ones available also.

Anyone know for sure?

The question affects the scale of an engine that I am planning, naturally.

Thanks

Hi Jerry,

This is what I have record of. Anything requiring something smaller would be self made, I'd think.

This link has a few sizes available down to 10-40. They even have the taps too!

Wow, thank you. Both same price, to the penny! But I think M&M is cheaper on the tap..........

I had seen some $12 pricing on the 1/4" size, the $21 per will total up more than all the other materials together, after 4 cylinders....fun is getting expensive.

Anyhow, thanks I had not found either in the huge flood of google hits I got.
