Bollaero major 4.4 engine plans

I am looking for the plans included in the February 2011 issue of AMI Aircraft Modeler International) magazine. They are sold out of the back issues. I can still purchase the back issue of March 2011 that has part 2 of the artical but really need the free plans first.

Does anyone have these plans or know where I can get them?
