Harold

I was sent a post yesterday that I looked over VERY carefully and I think this i a hell of an offer but I am also very sceptical... I would like for you to look it over and tell me what you think..

I am going to try and figure out how to send it also..

I'm no lawyer, but it looks about as legal as the original Napster (which is to say, not).

I see books there that are still in print and most likely under copyright.

The grammatical errors lead me to believe that this is an offshore operation (or someone that never graduated from grade school).

Remember that most of what we are doing and what we work with is old technology. The book "how to run a lathe" is still appropriate, even though it predates most of us. Old books that are out of copyright are great.

You can search on older books that are out of copyright at:
http://books.google.com/advanced_book_search
and select the "full view" or "public domain" options.

Search on the author "Fred Colvin" and you can get a lot of stuff and then download it as PDF to your computer.

Steve

I'm inclined to agree with Steve.

I tried several different books and couldn't get it to work.. The only thing that I got was refried to AMAZON for the book at full price..

I never did get it in PDF or e-mail form..

I wrote to them and ask how they expected anyone to download a PDF file if there wasn't a download option... Will wit and see what happens
