Craftex B2229 and Grizzly 9729: Parts interchangeable?

Post by shepdog »

Just tryied to secure a new flange/cover for the chuck side of the lathe spindle through Busy Bee..."not in stock, can take up to 3 months if ordering from China".

So, I'm hoping that the equivalent Grizzly part would fit, but before dropping 100 bucks on part/shipping/brokerage, can anyone confirm that these two machines are that similar at the genetic level?

Thx!

Good Morning :!: shepdog :D

I just was looking at past posts and noticed yours, and

was wondering how you made out with your quest for

the flange/cover. What did you finally end up

doing :?:
