Hi Mike, I'm still learning the history of Dave's locomotive. According to the third post of this tread (October 28, 2014 @2:17pm), the answer to your question is yes. Are the castings still available, I don't know.

To the best of my knowledge, I ended up with the last two sets of castings for this locomotive. The set that was listed in this ad have long been sold. My 2nd set is nearly ready to be run on air. But I haven't touched this project in years.
