FS 3 LRR Couplers 1-1/2" scale

For sale. Three couplers. One is finished, one is finished but needs a pin to hold the knuckle in, one is not machined at all.

$30 plus shipping OBO

LRR ? What material? More info please.

I don't have any info except that they are cast iron.

I've never heard of these. I was cleaning over dads, found them, he said to find them a home.

They look like the style used by some of the Montreal Live Steamers.

Yes, these are VERY Old. I've seen a few of them around, usually only on equipment built back in the '60s. They can be modified slightly to work with more modern couplers. I was going to say that I know that Miller Backyard Railroad sold them. They also had an aluminum version at one time. I had a couple of those, and used them on a small caboose. Like most aluminum couplers, knuckle breakage was a problem, and was what got this pair.
