MERCER COUPLERS

Post by Trainman4602 »

Hi all

I have been contemplating making couplers once again. Yes there are a lot of couplers out on the market but only one can claim that they sold 10,000 pair. Not one of the Mercer couplers has ever broken Made from manginess bronze they reach the strength of steel, never ware out and always stayed coupled.

I am in negotiation with the foundry to get the lowest price. I hope to sell them far below current competitor prices. Much the same as I did years ago.

So... PM me if you are interested I would like to sell around 100 pair on the first run.

Anything planned for 2.5" scale, or larger?

Give me a break

No just 1 1/2 scale At one time I had 2 1/2 scale couplers but only about 300 were produced.
