I`m not sure about DGLE, but maybe PTFE. I have seen some painted black in the light and black when it`s dark.

A Pennsylvania engine would probably be New Brunswick green. I doubt you would ever see one in Tuscanni red. If this was on George Dimonds I 10, well you wouldn't see it at all!
