Cleaning out my parts cabinet and came across these Aluminium castings. These are 1.6” scale castings (7.x” gauge) for an Allen ten wheeler from years ago. All are NOS, unmachined, high quality castings, in excellent condition.

1. 1900 era steam Loco headlight -$50
2. Smoke box door -$25
3. 6.5” diameter steam dome top and boiler jacket fitting -$25
4. Sand dome top and boiler jacket fitting -$25
Also,
5. Cast iron 18” overall, forward frame members. One pair of two matching frames.-$75

OBO . Will sell separately.

Looks like everything will fit nicely in USPS flat rate box. Located in Woodinville, Washington
Thanks much.

Holy Ten Wheeler!
I do believe those are the unused castings from my Allen Ten Wheeler project of 15 years ago!
I was recently wondering what I did with them, and now I vaguely remember putting them in your vehicle (at your request)
during one of the Kitsap Live Steamer's Wednesday Brunch gatherings at the Denny's near the Seattle Seahawk's practice field!

Personal memory mystery solved.
Let them become useful...

Russ,

Yes indeed, these are your old castings. Iam starting to downsize, so want to send these along to,someone who will make use of them. Alternatively, thought about donating to KLS for resell, but figured I would sell and pass along the proceeds to the track fund.

BTW, Bill was looking for his old set of Aluminium side rods a month or two ago, and I found a set in these castings. Did you by chance acquire these from him originally? I want to pass these along to him, but he hasn’t been attending our wed meetings recently.
