TAKING ORDERS FOR BETTENDORF TRUCKS

Post by Trainman4602 »

Hi All
I will be placing a large order for Bettendorf trucks early next week. If you would like a pair or two please let me know.

These trucks are as scale as I can make them, featuring prototypicaly cored side frames and bolsters. They will look great under your scale freight cars.

They are designed to mate with Kevin Sprayberry’s Scale car kits.

You can purchase them with or without wheels or with or without Mercer spherical bronze bearings.

The prices are as follows.

Complete kit consist of 4 side frames, 2 bolsters, hardware* , cast iron wheels and prints. $375.00 (castings are gray iron)

Kit without wheels $275.00 (Gray iron)

Bronze bearings $50.00 set of 8 bearings.

Shipping on all trucks is $19.00 per pair

* Hardware consists of the journal lids grease fittings 16 coil springs and springs pads.

I will require a $100.00 deposit for each pair of trucks ordered.

I will be placing an order with the foundry soon so please send a email acknowledgement and your deposit check by Monday November 19, 2018.

I accept personal checks or money order to:

Do the prints include prints for the bearings if we want to "roll our own"?
