A "Coles Power Models" 0-4-0 chassis running on air, with drawings with 6" dia. cast iron smokebox door
Chassis weights 34#, 1 1/8" bore, 1 3/4" stroke, 4 1/4" drivers, 25" long.

It is 4 3/4" gauge

Yes, if it is a Coles Models. That is the only one they sold.

The drivers are 4 1/4" diameter
