Allen Models Rivet Tool Now Avaialble

Allen Models is now featuring a riveting tool that contains a 12" reach, sufficient to complete any of our tender kits. It comes with a 3/32 rivet head die insert, and can be swapped out with your own dies for other size rivets.

This tool is held in a vice, and then the part being worked inserted, and the top hit with a mallet or hammer to drive and buck the rivet. A prototype of this tool was used to build the first test assemblies of the laser cut tender kits.

They just sit there as a slip fit. The tool is always used right-side up so it won't fall out.
