2.5" scale 7.5" gauge speeder (SOLD)

Post by Harlock »

The perfect Christmas gift! I am selling my custom built 2.5" scale 7.5" gauge electric speeder. It is bigger and taller than a rail rider supply speeder and much more powerful. It seats one adult and one child or two teenagers or three 7 - 10 year olds.

It features dual deep cycle marine batteries, a SyRen controller and a 950 watt motor, geared for 7 MPH. Built in 7.5A charger, regen / dynamic braking and manual parking brake. Powder coated. 1 1/2" scale coupler pockets front and rear, will include couplers and a 2.5" scale coupler with adapter. It measures 41" long by 21" wide by 28" tall. With the handles installed it is 53" long. Wheelbase is 29", and uses Artzburger RGS 20 tender wheels as drivers.

Body lifts off of chassis easily for maintenance, and the running boards can also fold in and front can come off for transport, if your transport space is tight.

Located in Southern California. Can ship at buyer's expense without batteries or deliver to Northern or Southern California with batteries. Or pick up in Tehachapi, CA about 2 hours north east of Los Angeles.

Price is $3500. You won't find a nicer speeder commercially. This speeder was featured on a build thread on this board a while back.
