3/4-in scale LBSC Lickham Hall castings and drawings

Post by Andy R »

I have too many locomotive projects, so have decided to part with these castings, drawings, and stock for the 3/4-in scale Lickham Hall 4-6-0 as designed by LBSC. (3.5-inch gauge)
I've had them under my workbench for two decades, and i was told that the original purchaser bought them from A.J. Reeves in the late 60's, so they should be well aged.
The locomotive used in the "Harry Potter" movies as the Hogwarts Express is a Hall class - same as this, and painted in that Hollywood shade of red this is a very beautiful locomotive.

All castings are bronze unless otherwise noted:
5 driven drivers (one extra) c.i.
2 main drivers c.i.
6 spoked tender wheels c.i.
4 spoked bogie wheels c.i.
6 splashers (2 rings of 3)
2 cylinder castings
2 piston valve liner castings
4 piston valve head castings
2 main piston head castings - front
2 main piston head castings - rear
1 smokebox front
1 smokebox ring
1 saddle
4 buffer head castings c.i.
4 buffer body castings c.i.
6 driver hornblock castings - brass
1 exhaust tee casting
2 buffer beam castings - c.i.
1 stack
1 petticoat
2 frame stays
1 safety valve cover
2 guide bar brackets
4 eccentric straps
1 hand pump casting
1 crosshead casting - cored - cut for 2
1 crosshead pump casting
1 spring bracket casting
1 bogie bolster casting
1 bogie center casting
2 bogie end stays
1 bogie axlebox casting (cut for four)
2 axlebox castings - cut for 6 main axleboxes
1 reverser box stand
6 tender spring castings
12 tender horns
2 tender axlebox castings (cut for 6)
1 set steel bars cut for axles
1 set steel plate cut for frames
12 drawings - likely revision 0

and stuff that appears to be unobtanium:
1 backhead former c.i.
1 throatplate former c.i.
1 firebox former c.i.
1 tubesheet former c.i.
2 LICKHAM HALL nameplates
2 grates c.i.
2 connecting rods 1 ea. LH and RH c.i.
2 coupling rods (front pair) 1 ea. LH and RH c.i.
2 coupling rods (trailing pair) 1 ea. LH and RH c.i.
2 valve rods 1.ea. LH and RH c.i.

$1,000 includes shipping via USPS priority mail
I live in So. Calif., so if you want to pick them up then $900 takes the lot.
Thanks!
