Turbo generators?

I'm looking for a functional turbo generator to mount on my 1.5" scale locomotive, to produce about 12 volts.
Used is good, as long as it operates.

I have sold 2 working ones (Pyle national) 1.5 scale. One for $1200 and one for $1000. I have 2 more but I am keeping them at this time.
Watch on ebay, they show up from time to time. Normally around $1200

Someone else sold one in 2-1/2" scale but I can't find that website anymore now either.

An Aussie firm was selling castings only in 1-1/2" scale on Ebay, but the photo looked like one of Barry Hauge's pages and he doesn't have it in his catalog anymore.

One would think there is a market...

I have one that has never been mounted to an engine. Hope to use it some day.

Speaking of nelocoworks, is he still producing pyle headlamps? They're not on his website anymore and howard gorin's pulled his headlamp off his website last time I checked... are we losing another loco appliance?

Turbogenerator and headlight molds/patterns have been sold to Mike Venezia: highiron@aol.com. Contact Mike for info on these and many other accessories he has.

I recently received some bell kits from Mike, very nicely done.

At this time I am one part short of shipping complete Pyle-National headlight kits.
I am also working on remaking the Pyle-National MO-6 turbogenerator
The turbogenerator will require one new master pattern and new rubber molds.
I am also looking into a better design for the turbine wheel and generator.
These items were originally by Francis Moseley and incorporate most of his original tooling

Any projection on a sale price? I understand the need to re-coup the investment of materials, skills, and time, but $1200 knocks me on my keister.
Sometimes I think an inexpensive, functional, mass produced, but not "pretty" piece of equipment would be a service to the hobby. Just one viewpoint.
