2.5 Scale C-21 2-8-0 Project (price lowered)

I got a 2.5 scale DRGW C-21 2-8-0 chassis project locomotive
the chassis is close to being on air.but is missing a couple things
it was setup for slide valves but i dont have the valves anymore
theres a few other small things missing but not sure.its been
sitting awhile need to dig it out of the shop.i dont have any
drawings but i think this was built from the set of castings
from winton.asking 2000.00 obo or open to trades shoot me and
email caseywilmunder@yahoo.com or Pm.the engine is located in
Oroville,Ca.i can crate it up and ship it if need be or as far as i could
deliver it is GGLS or im headed up to Idaho In July.
