Re: 7 1/2" gauge live steam railroad for sale
I knew that locomotive was "CHAMPION". I remember seeing Bill Brower operate it at Redwood Regional Park in Oakland. Bill Brower sold that engine to GGLS member Austin Knoff and his wife Mary. (Mary was married to George Broad of MODELTEC at one time!)
In the last couple of years, Austin Knoff had CHAMPION for sale for a lot higher price as I saw it in the Sacramento Valley Live Steamers newsletter.
So the question now becomes : "HOW DID YOU GET IT" ???

Hello, Austin Knoff still owns the Champion however he has decided to move to Texas and cannot bring the railroad with him, thus he is deciding to sell the railroad as a whole, I am a family freind of the knoffs and Austin's daughter Linda has asked me to sell the railroad for Austin, regards, Tyler Virga.
