RMI controller fault

I have an RMI speeder and the status light blinks 8 times when I turn the controller on, does anyone know what the fault codes are for this controller. It was working fine, I charged the batteries and now nothing but the flashing status light.

I think that is the code for a motor fault. Do you know what controller module you have?

It is a RMI 21 controller.

There should also be a controller module inside the speeder.

I talked with RMI today and eight flashes is indeed an indication of motor fault, i will try to figure out if it is a motor or controller tomorrow.
