Looking for Magazine Article

To those with better memories than me,

I am looking for the article in either Live Steam or Modeltec on the construction of a Sunbeam headlight for a 1" scale PRR locomotive. This would be the headlight used pre "beautification" treatment. The article had drawings in addition to instructions. The article was run before 1996. A friend has these magazines, so I don't need a scan/copy, only which magazine, and issue/date. We've been looking through them, but haven't found it yet.

Or, if you have drawings of the real headlight, could I get a copy? I'll reimburse you for expenses. I build in 3/4" scale, so I can't purchase the beautiful headlights that are already offered for sale.
