Hi Bernie - I didn't use plastic wood. What I used are the molded plastic ties from Enterprise, like Russ said.

I have purchased both EP ties and turnout kits from Steve at Allen models and he has been great to work with. I'm just starting to work with the EP products, but so far so good.

If interested the folks from EP will be at Train Mountain in the vendor area during the upcoming Triennial. Congrats Marty, I like the look and the scenery looks great too! Russ
