Hobby Machinist in Caledon Ontario?

A chap on a snowmobiling website is looking for someone to repair a V belt pulley.
I bought a used 20" commercial planer that was single phase to save on the converter expense (finally found one for sale).
It was missing a bolt and a key in the keyway.
This machine was made in Brazil I the late 80s. Pulley is not available as delta just sells cheap Chinese crap and will not source out of stock parts.
Pulley has a metric bore and is stepped/ two speed.

Will a machine shop chuck a 8-9"ish cast iron pulley on a lathe and bore it out to put a bushing in?
Anyone out in that area that could help?
