It really is a great lathe and by expanding the pics, there is some wear on the bed but for the luv of mic, can we imagine what this lathe saw? I know, don't get sentimental about machine tools.

Well, if it was pristine, it would be about $10,000 I reckon. We have to get what we can afford. I would love to have a Monarch, but have a tiny basement. I recently installed a back yard shed for my woodworking tools...if I ever get rid of them, I might have room...
