if you are really in a jam and need to get something out, find someone locally that has a Wire EDM Machine.

They most likely will also have what is called an EDM DRILL.

The service won't be free, but if the part is worth saving....
Too many things going on to bother listing them.

A tap extractor can work if the tap is not bound too tight in the hole. If it is, a few heavy hammer blows on a suitable punch will sometimes free it up enough for the extractor to do the job.
