I could only view a few, but those are great Jose. The detail is amazing!
I'll have to look more later. Our net service is at a crawl again. Must not like snow.

My Mom would have loved that. She got on a kick making dioramas, mostly of mining sites, and for hanging on the wall. She was quite the artist.
I'll post a couple of pictures when my internet surpasses the speed of smell.

Thanks!
Bill

Jose; Did you happen to work at the Mare Island Naval Shipyard? I worked there in the area that was building communication systems for the Marine Corps; specifically An/UYQ-3 and AN/TPA-9. I also did design work on some of the ships docked there.

Old machines are more beautiful than new ones. I would like to have a K&T horizontal mill just to make the shop look cool.
Every hard-fried egg began life sunny-side up.

Great stuff! The detail is something!
I wish I had some pics of the table top dioramas my Mom made. They are more similar to all the ones above. All are hiding up in Michigan at my sisters place. Pretty scary to move them around....quite fragile.

This is a wall hanging one of a assayers office, that I did move, and had to do a little repair work on after the trip home. That's why I'm fearful of moving any of the big ones.
