Very very cool!

Beautiful work, he could absolutely do that by himself (I would get bored after the third bolt though!)

A true craftsman.

There are a few truly gifted and talented craftsmen in our midst. Now and then we get a peek into their world which is truly stunning. This is Jack Bodenmann level work and certainly an inspiration to those of us who strive to even get close to this level of quality. It would be nice to follow him around in his shop for a few weeks just for the education.

The resident blacksmith in Seville, OH, one Kim Thomas, by name, is currently repairing an original Armada Chest similar to this one, but surely not so fancy. In the one he is repairing, someone pried it open in ages past and severely damaged the lid and bolt anchors.
