Hey guys I’m new here so I have a question about the Foley Belsaw 1055 sharp all I need a diamond wheel to sharpen carbide saw blades and Foley sells it for $190.00 does anyone have any experience with this machine and is there a cheaper diamond wheel that I could use thank you in advance for the replies
I have that sharp all, but also have a carbide model 310 saw blade grinder, so never tried sharpening carbide blades with the sharp all. I don't think the sharp all was intended to sharpen carbide, although it may be possible to do so. Sharpening carbide blades requires precise control which I don't feel the sharp all has. Sorry I can't be of more help. I saw a 310 on E-bay for $250.
