While listing some junk on Craigslist, I came across a new-ish Tormach 612 surface grinder for $1900. Retail is over $5K. Somebody buy it!

Two strikes ,no coolant and looks like a single phase motor. Single phase does not leave near the finish that 3 phase does,proved that to myself when I started running my SG on a a rotary converter rather than a static.
