I'm extremely cautious when working on electrical wiring, always throwing the breaker on whatever circuit I'm working on.

But when I'm working in the main panel, it gets tricky as I generally don't want to cut the main.

In those situations, I ask my GF/SO to be present, explaining to her that, if I seem to freeze, she should body block me and NOT try to grab me and pull me away.
