Ok....but is the voltage available actually 24 volts?
Too many things going on to bother listing them.

Previous owner was at 220 volts, I do have 24 Volts coming out of the transformer.

First rule of troubleshooting:
Always look back at the last items changed, or "messed with."

In your situation, that might be the safety interlock sensor eyes and reflectors.
