I bought one of these a few years ago, actually co-own it with a friend who does doll houses, and it is amazingly precise! I just finished putting a bunch of hours on it making frame members for my 1/8 scale streetcar.

I've visited the site and was able to use a translator button. It appears roughly to the right of center of the screen, about midway between top and bottom.
Within the button it says Select Language. Background of the button is white.

I noticed it (the button) was the last thing to load. You might try giving the loaded page a little more time. Worked for me.
