Please help me identify this Mini Lathe!

Post by Thanasis »

Hi all,
I am a newbie and have just bought from eBay Germany this very old mini Lathe. I very much would like to restore it to a working condition, however I have not been able to identify it so far, even though I googled it a lot.
Can anyone please help me identify it?
Thanks Ahead

Judging by the vee belt pulley, it couldn't be too old, maybe early 1900's. other than that, I can't identify it.

Likely home or small shop made is my best guess. Might have been a school or apprentice project as well. There's a vast difference between an actual restoration and just cleaning it up and laying a fresh coat of paint on it though.

thank you Mr Ron,
my small lathe, by being more than 100 years old, definitely I have to treat it with respect,

The v-belt pulley may not be original. Is the tailstock casting actually brass? If so that doesn't seem likely to be orignal.
