Looking for milling machine dials I can purhase

Post by rakort »

Anyone have machine dials like this that I can purchase from the mill manufacturer? I won't be able to buy them from Kao Fong any more :(

Mine are all pitted up, looking for options.

Willing to bet You will have to adapt something from the likes of Stock Drive Products.

It's a Bridgeport style or clone?
Cheap BP dials are all over ebay.

Unfortunately I don't think it matches up to a BP. It's a 1980's is 3/4 size Taiwan knock off. I was hoping some one with a recent grizzly would have similar dials.

Ah, it's the Clausing clone then. Order a replacement dial for the Grizzly version. I'll bet it will fit.

That's kind of what I was thinking. I was hoping our kind members with a grizzly would compare the drawing I made with their dials and see how things compare. Maybe I can just send the drawing to grizzly and let them compare..

thanks
