Does anyone know where I can get a pulley guard for my Bench Master Mill?

There is a Benchmaster Mill group on Yahoo Groups where you could ask about parts. I was a member until I sold my Benchmaster (which did not have a belt guard). My guess is you will have to fabricate one but you should be able to get pics from the group.

If you can borrow an original cover, you could make a decent - if not pretty - copy, by wrapping the original in Saran Wrap, then building up a few layers of fiberglass/epoxy laminate on it. You'd need to trim it, reinforce any stress points, and add hinges etc. but at least you'd have the basic shape.
