Re: Turning the Scarlet Harlot into the Green Goddess
Marty,
What color numbers for the green paint did you use?
Iam trying to replicate the Northern Pacific RR dark green and black color schemes used on their turn of the century steam engines.. hard to tell, but your color greeen looks pretty close to what I would like to find.
Thanks for any information you could share.

Glenn, the guy who owns the body shop next door mixed that up for me. He wrote the numbers on the can so he could make it if I want some more, but it isn't a standard paint formula.

Very cool!! Make your own drawings for it Peter?
Re: Turning the Scarlet Harlot into the Green Goddess
Yes. Used Dockstader program, plugged in my dimensions. Changed dimensions while the program was running till I got numbers that I liked.

I have finished the Goddess! I will be changing the whistle, and maybe the lubricator, but she is pretty much done. I will be running her at Ridge next Friday and Saturday, then take her to Pasco.

Re: Turning the Scarlet Harlot into the Green Goddess
Well, I have finally added numbers to the Goddess. Bob Dustin did the numbers for the headlight, and Jet Graphics did the numbers for the dome and tender.
