Intriguing post! Tell us more. The name of the RR indicates it’s in my backyard - east side from Seattle....

Well Glenn ,the Bellevue and Cascade Railroad was a 3 foot Narrow Gauge in Iowa with 36 miles of track! The ox was there last working locomotive, by the way the locomotive started life at SJ Groves Construction Company in New York state with five other siblings building a dam, then to the B&C RR, after that moved to Uniontown Ohio, east of Akron, at a Portland cement facility
