Call the people in white coats. I have gone too far this time. The frame is held together with 1", 1-1/8", and 1-1/4" bolts on the Mikado. In 1.6 scale I decided to use #6 bolts for the 1" bolts and #8 bolts for the 1-1/4" bolts. What to do about the 1-1/8" bolts? 15/64" hex is not available. But 6mm is within 0.002". First problem solved. Come to find out that years ago #7 screws were used. Well I found a set of #7-36 taps and dies. 2nd problem solved. So I will have the 3 different sizes of bolts in the frame.

Heh! I've been in the shop since 1957 and have never encountered a #7 screw. Well done!

The waist sheets showed up today. I had to put them on to see how they fit.

I have been working on the design of the Hancock H-N-L Inspirator. I am getting very close.

With your CAD models, I saw it on a picture I have of 2908 straight across the left side. When I zoom up, I see the Inspirator. Let me know when you get it working. It really looks good.
