Oh I'm not giving up, just delayed a little. I plan on making a lot of progress this coming year.

I totally understand.
My new Mikado took 10 years to "mostly" build (It's running now, but some details remain.)
5 years of construction and 5 years of interruptions!
...due to new intensive employment, home re-construction, move to a different State, knee replacement, wife's stroke, car wreck...
Same ol' same ol'...
But we made it!

Looking forward to watching your progress.

Coming along nicely. A 4-8-4 is like building 2 locos!

Thanks. I am way behind where I should be but things are looking good in the months coming up. I hope to be a lot further along by next summer.

Your "Cinder Ella" by the way looks great. I grew up riding behind that.

Making some progress. Started on the cross heads and painted the trailing truck frame, binders and made the spring hangers.[

Had a little glitch in the trailing truck drawings, got that taken care of. TT suspension is getting close, then onto the rockers and assembly.
