I have a board mounted pattern for 7 in. X 2 in. plain wheels. $250 includes shipping to lower 48.
If interested I can send photos.

John, is the price you quote for the pattern itself, or per wheel?

Thanks

That's the price for the pattern. You would have to find a foundry that has a 12 x 12 cope and drag.
