If it were me, I would purchase one of these:

Then machine a Brass Housing and Press it
into it with a real glass bezel.

Or separate the existing housing and replace the guts.

Just a thought, does your installation use a condensation loop to protect the gauge?

There was no syphon. The gauge is mounted near the steam chest for the throttle. I think I will put in a syphon with the new one.

I seem to recall a thread on this site, but I can't find it after much searching. The poster took a pressure gauge apart, changed the paper with the numbers to give it an older look with different markings and font. I think they also made some other changes but I can't remember what. That may be something to consider to make the replacement look like the current gauge.
