I tried that MS in SC once but was not impressed. I need to find a similar place to sims in Portland They were great with scrap metal

I cut my A3 wheels using 12L14. At the time, I was using a crappy mini-lathe, hence the use of 12L14. Using a decent lathe, 1018 should be just fine!

Get on the Enco mailing list. Every Tuesday they have some discount or other. Every now and then they'll have a sale with free shipping AND a discount. I wait for these before ordering anything expensive or heavy. For small orders I look for the free shipping.
