I can neither join or e-mail anyone at this group.
I am looking for info on the PS-4 locomotive as used on the Southern Railroad.
I noticed that a person calling himself nickco201 has described his PS-4 build project in some detail on this forum. I am particularly interested in his construction of the Hodges style trailing truck. His version looks to be somewhat simplified while retaining the distinctive look of that early two wheel trailing truck. So I would like to learn more about his construction. He included some nice photos of his Hodges truck and I would like to follow his design. I have seen his posts on this Home Machinist, Chaski site so perhaps he will join in with this experiences as told on the Knoxville area model site.
So any info would be welcome.
