David Coster of RMI Railrworks has released their "RMI-25" Wheel Specification, and it has been posted on the IBLS website:

The specification is for use on 2.5 inch and 3.75 inch scale equipment that will run on 7.5 inch or 7.25 inch gauge railroads.
