Is there anyplace in the states that stocks 1/32" rivets?

Once you get that small, if they are cosmetic only, escutcheon pins from someplace like Jamestown Distributors might be a solution.

A #20 escutcheon pin is 0.035" diameter, pretty close to 1/32".
