STARTER VALVE PROBLEM SOLVED

Some of my customers have been having problems with the starter valve. This is do to the use of a square section "O" ring. The incoming steam catches the edge and pulls it off.
I thought the this style seal would work and it did under a hydro test. Evidently under steam is a different story.
I originally used a regular round section "O" ring that worked over hundreds of cycles with out problems.
If you are having problems of the seal blowing off please PM me and I will send you the round section type.
