Shay Locomotives at Train Mountain

Post by Ken Schroeder »

If any one wants any Shay castings or drawings for the 2 or 3 truck Shay I can bring them to the triannual and save on the postage.

Will also have samples of the 1 1/2" scale Blomberg trucks along with 3 3/4: scale generator.

Ken,
Do you happen to know anything about this model of Willamette number 7? Looking to find out more information on who may have built this and how old it is. It was operated with a hydraulic pump run by a gasoline engine and a rider car behind the locomotive.
Thanks,
Russ Fox
