Pacific Fruit Express – 50’ – Round Roof - Express Refrigerator car – Terminology

I’m new to this forum and so want to know how to address things correctly….
I have been reading the book “Pacific Fruit Express” with great interest as a “treatise” on PFE cars.
I have developed a particular interest in the PFE Round Roof, 50’ cars described on page 100 of the book.

What is the correct general title of these cars?
Is it as simple as “PFE Express Refrigerator” the wording on the car in the picture on page 101 of the book?

Where I’m headed here is acquiring construction information of one in 1” scale…. “if” I decide to construct one.
